Yoga that holds the whole of you.
Yoganic is a yoga and wellness studio built on one belief: that you do not need to arrive calm, flexible, or certain.
Founded by Tien — psychology-informed yoga teacher — every class and session at Yoganic is designed to be as emotionally honest as it is physically grounding.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, navigating a busy season of life, or simply looking for a spacious place to breathe — you are welcome here, as you are.
Our Approach
How we practise.
Inclusive Exploration
Yoga is for every body — every age, every background, every level of flexibility. You do not need to look a certain way to begin.
A Safe Space for Self
This is a non-judgemental space. You are invited to notice, to feel, and to move at your own pace — without pressure, without performance.
Modern Mindfulness
Traditional yogic wisdom, held alongside modern psychology and nervous system science. Because how we move is inseparable from how we feel.
What We Offer
A practice that moves with you.

“The yoga is always relaxing for our busy minds — a much slower pace compared to many other places, while still able to stretch and strengthen. Tien also keeps a close lookout on each individual and will cater to our differing physical needs.”
