Every body. Every chapter. Every need.
Yoganic offers a range of yoga and wellness experiences — from small-group open classes to fully bespoke private sessions and destination retreats. All of them begin in the same place: where you are right now.

Therapeutic Yoga & Movement
The Steady Practice
For the body that carries more than it lets on.
A 60-minute private session designed for those living with chronic tension, physical pain, postural strain, or the quiet accumulation of a body that has been asked to perform without enough recovery.
The Steady Practice draws on yoga, myofascial release, and movement principles from sports rehabilitation — held within the nervous system awareness that makes yoga distinct from physiotherapy or stretching alone. You will not simply stretch and leave. You will learn to listen differently to what your body has been trying to say.
Each session is entirely personalised. There is no fixed sequence, no performance, and no expectation that you arrive pain-free. You arrive as you are. We begin from there.
What a session includes
A brief movement assessment and conversation about where you are holding tension, what has changed, and what you are working with. From there: a tailored combination of guided asana, breath-led myofascial release, joint mobility work, and restorative postures — paced to what your body can receive that day.
This session is for you if:
- You are managing chronic back, neck, or joint pain
- You are recovering from injury or returning to movement after a long break
- You sit at a desk for most of your day and feel it
- You are an athlete or former athlete whose body needs more intelligent recovery
- You want movement that is therapeutic, not just physical
- You have been told to try yoga but do not know where to begin safely
A note on scope
The Steady Practice is a yoga and movement session. It is not physiotherapy or medical treatment. Tien works alongside — not in place of — your physiotherapist, sports medicine doctor, or GP. Clients managing active injuries or post-surgical recovery are asked to obtain medical clearance before their first session.
60 minutes · SGD 180
Convenience fee of +$40 applies for home visits or client venue.
“Three sessions in, I understood what my body had been trying to tell me for years. Tien has a rare ability to listen — not just to what you say, but to how you move.”

Whole-Person Wellness
The Living Practice
For the life that feels harder to hold than it looks from the outside.
A 90-minute private session for those who sense that what they are carrying is not only physical — and who are ready for a different kind of space to explore it.
The Living Practice is an integrative wellness coaching session that uses yoga, movement, breath, felt sense, journalling, and evidence-based mind-body approaches to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. It is not therapy. It is something that sits alongside life — a steady, unhurried space in which the body is invited to lead, and the mind is allowed to follow.
Each session is different because you are different each time you arrive. Some sessions are mostly movement. Some are mostly stillness. Some hold more conversation. You will always be asked what you need, and you will always be the one who decides.
What a session includes
A grounding check-in — where you are, what you are carrying, what you would like this session to hold. From there: a personalised blend of guided movement and yoga, breath and body awareness practices, somatic check-ins and felt sense exploration, reflective journalling prompts, and where it feels natural, a gentle evidence-informed conversation drawing on psychology and nervous system science. Sessions close with integration time — not a rushed goodbye, but a few quiet minutes to let the session land.
This session is for you if:
- You are navigating a difficult season — transition, loss, burnout, or a period of high demand
- You notice that your emotional state lives in your body before it reaches your mind
- You have tried talking about things but sense the body holds something that words have not yet reached
- You are curious about how movement and breath can support your inner life
- You want something more personal and more spacious than a group class
- You are already in therapy or counselling and want a complementary, body-based practice alongside it
A note on scope
The Living Practice is a wellness coaching service informed by psychology and nervous system science. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or psychological treatment. Tien holds a BSc in Psychology and a certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and brings this background to her coaching approach — but this service does not constitute clinical care. Clients navigating acute mental health concerns or crisis are warmly encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Tien is happy to help with referrals.

★★★★★
"An amazing space that focuses on alignment, breath and stillness. Especially good for beginners — class sizes are smaller so you get much more guidance."

A few things people often ask.
I am not flexible — can I do yoga?
Yes. Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga. It is, over time, one of the things yoga builds. You come as you are. The practice meets you there.
I have never tried yoga before. Is it too late to start?
It is not too late. Many of Tien’s students began in their 50s, 60s, or 70s. Yoganic welcomes beginners at every stage of life.
Why choose private sessions over a group class?
Group classes are wonderful for community and rhythm. Private sessions are for depth. If you have specific needs — an injury, a health condition, or simply a preference for moving at your own pace — a private session gives you that.
Where do sessions take place?
At a location that works for you. Private sessions can be held at your home, a studio space, or an outdoor setting. A convenience fee of $40 per session applies for home visits.
