YOGANIC RETREATS

A few days where nobody needs anything from you.

Home holds your roles. Work holds your output. A retreat holds the rest of you: quiet days away from the noise, easy company, gentle practice, and the space within that everything else depends on.

WHY WE GO AWAY

More than a yoga holiday.

A retreat is the one thing we make that holds all three of the spaces most lives are missing: a community where someone knows your name, days that are truly offline, and the inner stillness underneath it all.

Each retreat is intentionally small, with room for rest, reflection, and the kind of conversation that only seems to happen when you are away from ordinary life.

You do not need to be an experienced practitioner to join. What matters more is a willingness to slow down, and a little openness to what the practice might offer.

☀️

Mixed rhythm

Structured morning practice and unscheduled afternoon time

🧠

Psychology informed

Rest taught as a skill, guided by a mental health practitioner

🏡

Curated venues

Carefully chosen places that hold the same values as the practice

🧘

No pressure

No requirement to be anywhere other than where you are

🤍

Held afterwards

The practice travels home with you, with integration sessions and an alumni circle

If you’re wondering which one

People ask me which retreat they should come to. The honest answer is whichever one you can actually get to. There is no order you are meant to follow, and nothing you need to have done first.

But if you want my suggestion, it is only the one my own body taught me.

Start with the body. When I was at my most tired, I could not think my way out of anything. My mind had run out of usefulness. What helped first was sleep, warmth, long mornings, and somebody else deciding what happened next. That is Soulful Sanctuary. An unhurried practice, afternoons with nothing in them, and permission to do very little. If you are running on empty, come here first.

Then, once the body has caught up, the mind. There comes a point where you can rest, and still feel guilty for it. Where you know you should slow down and cannot work out why you won’t. Restful Thriving sits with that question. A little more teaching, honest conversation, and enough days away for it to land.

And in time, the heart. Some things do not move through talking, or through resting. They sit lower down, and they need a quieter room. Heartwork is being made for that. It comes in 2027, for people who have already been away with us once.

That is a suggestion, not a route. Some people come back to the same retreat three years running because it is the one their body keeps asking for. That is not standing still. That is knowing yourself.

Restful Thriving

The Residence Bintan · 5 days, 4 nights · hosted by Tien and Jasmine · from SGD 1,900 full board

A short ferry from Singapore to The Residence Bintan, beachfront and familiar, a world away from the week you left behind. Five days to close the year softly, held by two of us this season: Tien, and Jasmine, psychotherapist and coach, twice the hands to hold the space. Slow mornings, yoga by the beach, curated workshops, long open afternoons, and one bonfire and barbecue dinner by the sea. This is the warmer edition, built around resting and thriving together: slowing without guilt, softening without falling behind, in good company. Come to everything or come to nothing. The space is held for you either way. Returning guests receive 15% off.
